Flyball Hub (“Service”) is operated by Dalton Walsh (“we/us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts & teams
You’re responsible for your account and all content added by you or your team. You must keep login details secure and only invite people you trust to your team.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t upload illegal content, spam, malware or anything that infringes others’ rights. Don’t attempt to bypass security, scrape, or overload the Service.
4. Content & licences
You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited licence to host, display and process it to operate the Service. You confirm you have permission to upload any photos/data you submit (including dog photos and member details).
5. Plans & payments
We offer a Free plan (ad-supported) and paid plans (ad-free + extra features). Prices, features and limits may change with notice. Taxes may apply.
6. Ads
Free plan users may see limited, below-the-fold ads. Paid users won’t see ads in the app.
7. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued; we’ll try to give reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security/abuse risk.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim (or £0 for Free plan users).
