Who we are
Flyball Hub (“we”, “us”) provides a web app for managing flyball teams.

What we collect
- Account data: name, email, team, role.
- Team & dog data: dog names, photos, owners, notes you add.
- Usage data: pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location (from IP), error logs.
- Cookies: essential cookies for login/session; optional cookies for analytics and ads.
Why we collect it
- Provide and secure the service (authentication, roles, permissions).
- Improve the app (diagnostics, performance).
- Communicate with you (support, service updates).
- Show limited, below-the-fold ads in the Free plan inside the app.

- Contract (to run your account and team features).
- Legitimate interests (improving security/performance).
- Consent (analytics/ads cookies in the UK/EU).
Analytics & ads
We use Google services:
- Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation) to understand usage.
- Google AdSense to display ads in Free plans. Ads may be personalised if you consent.
Vendors may set cookies. You can change consent anytime via our cookie banner.
Data sharing
We don’t sell personal data. We use trusted processors (hosting, email, analytics, payments) under DPAs and standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Data retention
- Account/team data: kept while you have an account.
- Logs/analytics: typically 12–24 months.
- You can request deletion: flyballhub@gmail.com.
Your rights
Access, rectify, erase, port, restrict or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

International transfers
Some processors may store data outside the UK. We use appropriate safeguards (SCCs).
Children
Flyball Hub is for team management by adults. If you upload information about children (e.g., junior members), you’re responsible for having the right to do so. Do not upload sensitive data.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and regular reviews. No system is 100% secure.
